The annual arrival of our fresh chile ristras from New Mexico marks the beginning of Autumn and is an event we eagerly look forward to! The exact arrival date is always a last minute surprise but it’s usually in early October.

Our 2023 autumn shipment of fresh chile ristras from New Mexico is here!

This year we received even more choices than usual. We have the large chile ristras available in 1′, 2′, 3′, 4′ and 5′ lengths. We also have pequene (small) chile ristras available in 6″, 12″ and 24″ lengths.

Note: The 5′ large ristra is available in-store only and not able to be shipped.

Shipping ristras requires special packaging and care, and therefore have special shipping rates:

PEQUENE RISTRAS (small chiles)
6″ is $15.99/ea. + $14.99 shipping
12″ is $29.99/ea. + $18.99 shipping
24″ is $59.99/ea. + $22.99 shipping

Shipping rates quoted are PER ristra. Ristras require drying time before shipping. Depending on our local Durango weather they should be ready to ship anywhere from 10/21 to 10/28.
