Durango Salsa Brisket:
Prepare salsa according to package directions (just add a 28 ounce can of tomatoes). Place a 4-5 lb brisket in a gallon size storage bag, add salsa and refrigerate overnight. Place brisket & salsa in a roasting pan-cover tightly-roast at 325 for 20-30 minutes a pound. Carve and serve with salsa from the pan! So tasty!
Green Chile Seasonings:
Mix with 2 cups sour cream, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Get out the chips and watch it disappear.
